Fibro Care Center offers a comprehensive 8 - 12 week program for people suffering from the symptoms of Fibromyalgia and related disorders. Our experience with this condition is extensive and the result obtained through a multi faceted approach is extremely successful. Patients are seen 1 to 2 times per week during that time and careful attention is given to each patient's individual set of symptoms and cirucmstances. Education is stressed and questions are encouraged. We truly believe that with a condition like Fibromyalgia, knowledge is power and allows a more successful outcome.
Along with treatment and education, individual attention is given to each and every patient with emphasis on pain reduction and managment skills. Specific excercises are prescribed and carefully taught. Books and CDs are distributed for our patient's home use. The major success of this program is not only in what is done at our office, but what our patients learn to do at home.
