Patients will receive a 1-hour consultation and examination. Educational materials will be provided throughout the program, including books, journals, handouts, CDs, audio and video cassettes. Patients will receive 12 - 24 office visits over a period of 8 - 12 weeks. The amount of office visits and weeks required depends upon your individual circumstances and our findings in your case. Your visits will include consultations, individualized recommendations, counseling, soft tissue and osseous manipulation and myofascial stretching with trigger point deactivation.
